Responsibilities

Senior Account Manager will manage Account Executives with the support of the Account Director in order to manage the client’s organic and paid search strategy. Responsibilities include:

  • Develop SEO strategy focusing on both onsite and offsite content
  • Provide strategic technical SEO recommendations to clients (technical best practices, internal linking strategy, UX review for SEO, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Have an understanding of PPC in order to integrate SEO & PPC strategy
  • Support the Account Director in order to best plan an integrated Search strategy for a European client
  • Train and support the Account Executives in their daily SEO & PPC tasks.
  • Organise and lead client calls and meetings
  • Project and time management
  • Maintain and grow relationships with clients and partners via phone, emails and meetings
  • Participate in new business pitches and building SEO proposals where required
  • Keep up to date with recent industry SEO and PPC updates

Essential Skills

  • Recent and relevant SEO experience
  • Previous experience of developing SEO strategy
  • Intermediate knowledge of Paid Search
  • Experience in using most common SEO & PPC tools/platforms (Google AdWords, Keyword Planner, Google Analytics, and other industry tools)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organised and methodical with excellent time and project management skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience in managing junior employee/s
  • Intermediate Excel skills that are required to support and train Account Executives
  • Knowledge of CSS, HTML and web standards.

Desirable Skills

  • Additional language skills
  • Previous experience in working with multi-market clients
  • Previous experience in working on integrated search strategy (SEO & PPC)
  • E-commerce knowledge or experience
