Position Title: Project Manager

The Project Manager will be responsible for digital and print project in many facets of the agency, including, but not limited to, the following: managing multiple medium to large scale projects; managing internal, client, and other external stakeholders; working with strategic, creative, and technical teams to proactively develop new ideas that will benefit the client’s business; provide direction and advice on strategy and solution where appropriate; subject matter expert in the project initiation and definition phases; and have the ability to learn the project management process quickly.
Clearly translating client requirements and assist in writing of internal briefs.
Documenting all project requirements within a project charter.
Work closely with account management and client to gain approvals.
Accurately identify risks and provide mitigation plans.
Create and own project plan and deliverables.
Managing budget, timelines and delivery management.
Conducting internal and external project meetings & status reporting.
Working closely with technical and creative teams to develop and implement solutions.
Partner with Producers to execute final product
Provides feedback on process and identifies gaps.
Conducts post mortems on projects agency partners.
Assists Account Team in monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns.
Compare against predefined success measures.
Ability to quickly grasp business issues and work well under deadlines.
Sense of ownership and responsibility for deliverables.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Strong written and spoken communication skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.

Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in an agency environment.
Experience and knowledge of traditional print advertising, web strategy, design and technology.
Understanding of creative and technical development lifecycles.
Desire to keep up with new developments in the digital space.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
