Media Supervisor


  • Media Supervisors (MS) have all the Star Qualities of a Media Planner, but work more autonomously – usually reporting directly to an Associate Media Director. The MS is expected to function at a highly efficient level and to maintain a mid-level client relationship.


  • Day-to-day supervision of media plan including oversight of buy recommendations, execution details, budgets/accounting
  • Develop analyses that leads to optimization recommendations and new media strategies
  • Work with senior management and autonomously to develop strategies and recommendations for media plans
  • Oversee and foster cross-agency relationships with account, production, and outside partners
  • Interface and present to clients on regular basis
  • Perform as a leader with minimal supervision
  • Train, motivate and develop Asst. Media Planners and Planners


  • 3-5 years of media planning experience
  • Deep knowledge of digital media and a working knowledge of traditional
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Advanced user of ad serving tools, including deeper analytics
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills (including excellent presentation skills)
  • Resourceful problem solver
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
