  • 10-15+ years of media planning experience with high level clients (with this seniority, knowledge of offline media is expected)
  • Ability to deliver sound strategy that aligns directly to client business goals
  • Well-polished client service skills
  • Expertise in performance marketing and extensive experience in online acquisition & lead generation media
  • Be the face of the agency and escalation point for clients
  • Deliver a truly global network agency solution for clients
  • Well-versed in programmatic media/DSPs/DMPs
  • Experience overseeing the full suite of digital channels into a single mix
  • Ability to improvise / think on feet
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Resourceful, with proven problem-solving skills
  • Ability to upsell new solutions to clients which are truly right for their business
