Media Billing Associate


The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, financial analysis and/or accounting experience in an advertising or service industry environment, strong Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency, a positive outlook and imagination and excellent oral and written communication skills. General accounting and/or financial analysis experience preferred as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.


  • Provide financial support to client account teams and monitor client budgets on a project basis
  • Work with Media teams to obtain approved authorization to buy (ATB) from clients
  • Update client budget tracker based on ATB approval
  • Coordinate with billing department to bill client upon media team approval
  • Run Donavon Data Systems (DDS) reports to verify all buys are in the system and actualized prior to client bill date
  • Communicate on a daily basis with media teams to ensure media buys are bought on a timely manner based on client requirement
  • Provide financial information to various departments as required
  • Generate professional financial reports for review with media teams as directed
  • Provide summary of monthly billings and reconciliation
  • Assist in all internal and external audits
  • Provide client invoices as necessary
  • Perform reconciliations and analyses of key accounts and coordinate activities with accounts payable department
  • General administration duties


  • Bachelors in Accounting or Finance Preferred
  • At least 1 year of related experience
  • Advertising/professional service experience preferred
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong excel skills
