Role

Job Purpose:

The primary roles of the Head of Paid Search are:

  • Works directly with Business client leads to manage their search media activities
  • Bring best-practice performance strategies, to ensure our clients are maximizing the value of their digital search media investments
  • Key role in agency development – new business pitches, development of capabilities, and development of our people

Clients/Key Contacts:

  • Direct report to clients on performance through paid search

Principle Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

  • Manage major network clients, overseeing paid search media channels, including Programmatic Search
  • Build and maintain senior client lead relationships
  • Grow client revenues and balance resources to grow talented teams profitably
  • Harness the Neo network to ensure we build the highly impactful and effective media solutions alongside benefiting from the excellence of our extended team

Foster Strong Client and Agency Relationships:

  • Partner with Neo account leads on all aspects of client service.
  • Build trusting, collaborative relationships with teams across all disciplines
  • Stay on top of business operational and resource concerns to head off issues

Key Qualifications:

  • Relevant and extensive paid search media planning experience with recent high level clients
  • Expert knowledge of Programmatic search, bidding tools, analytics, data and other performance channels
  • Demonstrable experience in managing blue-chip client Paid search accounts
  • Demonstrable experience in managing and delivering complex digital strategies
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
  • Resourceful, with proven problem-solving skills
