Contributor responsible for advising

clients on all aspects of data measurement, data capture and research as it

pertains to digital marketing and media investment

  • This is a client facing role

that integrates with the client analytics

team and planning to provide advanced

media reporting, research, analysis, and optimization solutions for clients

  • Primary

resource for clients’ media measurement and research needs

  • Act as thought leader

in the area of paid, owned, and earned media analytics

  • Establish measurement

strategies in conjunction with media planning, client, and marketing strategy

teams

  • Work closely with Ad Serving group to ensure Ogilvy makes full use of

available data for tracking, analysis & targeting

  • Integrate with Ogilvy’s

CRM, Website Analytics and Customer Analytics group to create sophisticated

analytical solutions that incorporate external data into media optimization

decisions

  • Ensure quality and timeliness of measurement deliverables
  • Works with

technology team to address analytical and reporting tools

  • Maintain strong

relationships with the advertising research community, particularly as it

pertains to the Internet

  • Evaluate, test & recommend new technologies and

techniques to optimize media investments

  • Mentor and develop team of managers

and analysts

  • Partner with NY analytics director on advancement of practice
  • Collaborate

with global community on development of global practice

mso-ascii-theme-font:minor-latin;mso-hansi-theme-font:minor-latin”>

  • 10+ years

experience in digital and analytics functions

  • Excellent client-facing experience

and ability

  • Strong track record of managing others and teaching direct reports
  • Proven

experience with translating response data and survey results into action

  • Past

experience with traditional media

  • Advanced aptitude of statistics
  • Experience

with SPSS, Coremetrics, Dashboard and PowerPoint

  • Understanding of the latest

econometric modelling techniques

  • Experience across digital media, social, and

search marketing

  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
  • Knowledge of

tools including 3rd party ad serving, syndicated research, website, social, and

search analytics

  • Degree in Economics or Math related field preferred
