Responsibilities

As the role responsible for a group of clients in digital creative, the responsibilities are

Generate ideas and see them through to completion after understanding client requirementsWork in teams both internal and external to develop creative outputs and thereafter discussing the same with the clientCo-ordination with all internal departments of company (Account/ production) to ensure smooth flow of day to day jobsWork with external agencies like producersSupervise small teams to achieve creative excellenceQualifications

  • Minimum 5 years working for an international agency, up to 3 years working experience at Senior Art Director
  • At least 2 years working for digital agency
  • Ability to:
  • Generate (through the line, integrated) ideas and move them forward
  • Work independently as well as team-work with partners
  • Present, discuss and persuade (with client and internally)
  • Supervise projects to completion
  • Lead projects
  • Motivate and instruct juniors
  • Use the brand framework for delivering client's specific work
  • Challenge oneself for breakthrough thinking
