  • Offer clients and team members innovative advice and solutions from industry examples and experience
  • Prioritize workload and time management
  • Work in conjunction with team members to develop and refine concepts, campaigns and creative ideas that reflect a deep understanding of the client’s audience
  • Collaborate with strategy, design, production, data and front-end development partners to ensure each project’s creative vision is achieved and client expectations are met
  • Complete all necessary administrative tasks in a timely manner

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably with an English, journalism or marketing focus
  • Three or more years of copywriting, marketing and digital experience
  • Online portfolio of writing samples
  • Interest in and a good understanding of social media
  • Understanding of and curiosity about current and emerging digital channels and platforms
  • Hands-on experience creating exceptional brand experiences
  • Passion for all things creative and a strong desire to learn industry best practices
  • Ability to work and collaborate with creative team members, including other writers, designers and developers
  • Capacity to grasp clients’ business needs and then concept and design compelling solutions that align with the overall creative strategy
  • Proven ability to listen, digest and resolve client feedback with a creative solution and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Open-mindedness, positive thinking and enthusiasm
  • Excellent time-management and communication skills
  • Great sense of humor alongside a willingness to work hard
  • Ability to think big-picture, while still obsessing about the details
  • Capability of working on multiple projects, small or large, with various project leads
  • Strong creative and conceptual vision, with the ability to approach every assignment with a fresh perspective

Competencies you’ll demonstrate:

  • Adaptability
  • Agency citizenship
