Overview

Ogilvy group is one of the world's leading communications groups and the largest network agency present in Vietnam. Since 1995 Ogilvy group has been providing strategic, creative and production services to category-leading multi-national and Vietnamese companies. These include Consulting, Advertising, PR, Digital, Mobile, Social Media, Activation, Field Marketing and Design. In addition Ogilvy group also provides print, digital and video production services.

Responsibilities

As the role responsible for a group of clients in advertising operations, the responsibilities are

  • Advertising & communication conceptualization &development for clients & their brands
  • Managing cross functional resources to achieve the above
  • Help generate targeted revenues
  • Help in new business conversion
  • Supervise team output and drive creative excellence
  • Handle 3 to 5 clients and around 10 different brands for the clients

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in advertising agency, at least 1 year as Associate Creative Director
  • Open for both Art-based and Copy-based who can judge the idea concept
  • English communication is a must
  • Ability to:-Generate (through the line, intergrated) ideas and move them forward -Work independently as well as team-work with partners-Present, discuss and persuade (with client and internally)-Supervise projects to completion-Lead projects-Motivate and instruct juniors-Use the brand framework for delivering client's specific work-Challenge oneself for breakthrough thinking
