A day in the life of...

An Account Manager role on this client account, is busy and fulfilling. We are a fully integrated account consisting of two teams, one focused on the Brand Work and the second, where this AM role is, focusses on Brand Response & Demand Generation. Both teams deliver ATL with channels spanning TV, Radio, Print, Social and Display advertising.

Play a key support role in all of the fully integrated Brand and Brand Response campaigns, working closely with the AE, SAM and AD on the team.

Responsible for the daily account management of your clients under the supervision of an Account Director. You will take the lead on specific projects and develop a close relationship with the client, the media agency and your delivery Project Manager.

Working closely with the AMs on the Brand team to make sure both teams are cohesive, and together manage the hosting, agenda and content of the crucial All Agency Meeting that brings together all of the clients agencies under one roof.

You are great at...

All the basic skills an AM should have including day to day creative brief development, campaign management and financial management of projects and team administration. You are comfortable being clients' first port of call on projects and will build solid relationships with them and wider agency teams. What will set you apart is razorsharp attention to detail, the skill and pleasure you take in managing complex delivery plans with tight turnaround, and the ambition to go above and beyond.

You are not necessarily geeky when it comes to talking about tech and the mobile market, but you are someone who gets excited about the next new handset launch at least! And if you don't have a Telco background, you will have worked in FMCG, Automotive, Financial Services or similarly fast paced retail focused industries.
