Role Summary

Ogilvy has been involved with this leading financial client

continuously since 2006 and awards have included two Effies, FSF Gold and an

IPA Bronze.

This client is as complex as it is diverse. We’re currently

engaged on an array of projects from Group and Business positioning exercises,

Visual Identity exploration, Comms and Campaign planning through to content and

creative campaign development, on both a national and international level (with

a specific focus on markets including Middle East, Switzerland and Monaco.

Audiences are diverse, one minute it may be Ultra/High Net

Worth or institutional Investors the next, entrepreneurs, Corporate and Small

business clients’.

As we continue to grow we’re looking for a sparky individual

who wants to continue to develop a firm grounding in the Agency world, has an

inquisitive nature and isn’t afraid of a bit of variety – not to mention some

hard work!


  • Administration upkeep – supporting the Account

Team e.g. updating weekly client status reports, revenue forecast reports,

resourcing requests, and invoicing

  • Working with the broader team to manage the

creative output process (inc. briefing, amends and delivery)

  • Remaining on top of project requirements and

managing timelines and resource accordingly

  • Demonstrating the ability to prepare, or

significantly contribute to, cost proposals with regards to defining the scope

of work, preparing fees and timelines, as well as, scrutinising budgets.

  • Demonstrating the ability to accurately

interpret and analyse campaign data; thinking both strategically and

creatively; providing innovative solutions that are relevant to client


  • Demonstrating a sound judgement of creative

work, ability to coherently argue the case where work is considered off brief

or in need of refinement

  • Gaining an awareness of the necessary level of

financial control for projects (learning how to budget, forecast, invoice, and

maintain tight management of ongoing project budgets)

  • Maintaining a good understanding of the clients’

business and the major trends shaping the market
