Account Executive - Advertising

Overview

We are looking for a brilliant Account Executive to work on one of our flagship accounts. The account covers a fantastic mix of through-the-line channels including digital, print, radio, and TV, and consistently develops award-winning, innovative and market-leading work.  The role is a great opportunity to work with a fab team on a fully integrated piece of business

Responsibilities

Account Handling

  • Be the linchpin of the account, and the person everyone in the team can rely on
  • Manage time effectively
  • Clear verbal and written communications
  • Manage the administrative side of the account including finances, status reports, meetings
  • Once settled begin managing smaller projects directly with clients, both in the UK and Globally

Planning

  • Develop an understanding of strategy
  • Develop understanding the Client challenge / problem
  • Be able to competitively contextualise, and manage regular competitive reviews

Creative

  • Take a critical role in managing the work through the agency 
  • Form strong relationships, brief in creative changes and manage amends + reviews
  • Be able to appreciate and deconstruct work

 

Production

  • Be able to manage projects effectively
  • Understanding of production process
  • Help put together budget and timing proposal

Qualifications

•    Be passionate about good creative work
•    Candidates need to be confident and able to hold their own internally to fit in with the team and with client
•    Forming close working relationships with internal stakeholders and with clients are vital
•    You will need to be energetic and thrive on a challenge (there will be plenty of these!) 
•    You will also need to be resilient. Candidates must be proactive with a go-get attitude
