Account Executive

We are seeking an enthusiastic and hard-working Account Executive (AE) to join our nimble, energetic team working on a large global technology client. In a rapidly changing technology landscape, it is important that the AE is a self-starter, and is proactive in seeking out ways to learn more both about our client’s business and the overall business of technology. While you don’t necessarily need a technology background, you must be ready to learn.

The ideal candidate will be also embrace feedback as a way to continually improve, and thrive in working in a fast-changing environment. Reporting to an Account Supervisor, we expect this business-to-business Marketing AE to have experience in digital, content creation, strategy and data-driven execution (where possible), be detail-oriented and have expierence working with media teams. This role operates as part of a larger global team, and as such it is a high-pressured environment, and time management is crucially important. The AE must have extremely good time management skills, and be highly organized. This role offers immense growth opportunities both within the current team, and beyond.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage integrated project plans for tactical projects
  • Ability to develop accurate estimates and simple scopes by engaging appropriate discipline leads and asking detailed questions of clients to gain clarity around deliverables and needs, with supervision
  • Establish core relationships with junior clients
  • Work with the creative team to develop social media content
  • Develop briefs for tactical creative, evaluate creative work and provide consolidated feedback for revisions, as needed, with some guidance
  • Coordinate with other agency stakeholders

  • Effectively and proactively communicate to client issues that may result in scope and/or project plan changes Issue change orders, and manage budgets, with oversight
  • Responsible for weekly project status reports
  • Set up meetings, including the correct people, and provide accurate agendas and precise, actionable meeting notes

Requirements:

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns at any given time
  • Experience with campaign reporting and content creation
  • Understand traditional and digital execution and delivery
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and engagement strategy
