Account Executive

Overview

As an Account Executive (AE) you’ll be responsible for understanding the client’s business goals and helping manage agency resources to ensure successful completion of client deliverables. Acting as a client services representative and project manager, you will be the agency driver that works to keep the operations moving along in order to provide best-in-class service and solutions to our client.

Responsibilities

  • Independently manages work on time and on budget
  • Leads internal and client meetings efficiently and confidently
  • Independently creates briefs, schedules and hours estimates for projects
  • Creates action items for others and actively monitors their progress
  • Understands, clarifies and communicates client requests and changes to the internal teams
  • Proactively offers recommendations to the client to help define or refine campaign objectives and requirements
  • Provides business updates to their direct supervisor through regularly scheduled status meetings

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in related field such as marketing
  • Minimum 2 – 3 years marketing experience, agency environment preferred
  • Excellent written skills including the ability to create strategy set-ups and an agency point-of-view
  • Understands the functional areas within the agency and how to engage them
  • Exercises good judgment and seeks guidance when outcomes are uncertain
  • Must possess a high level of stress tolerance/flexibility, and maintain a high energy level
