2017 Associates Program

We’re aiming to build

a company of giants. We’re not looking for giant egos, only giant thinkers.

We’re

looking for graduating seniors of all majors with a demonstrated passion for

marketing communications, a willingness to learn and the desire to be part of

something different.

The

Associates Program:

Ogilvy

client service and its function in the marketing communications industry. You

will have the opportunity to explore critical areas of Ogilvy during the 12-month

rotational program.

You

will do 4 three month rotations in Account Management, Planning and Social Media. Your last rotation will be whichever of those rotations you enjoyed the most and want to start your career in.

Arial”>Account Management- Account management

teams act as the liaison between the client and internal team. They serve as the linchpin of the agency and

ensure that all projects run smoothly and efficiently. While focused on client

relationships, account managers wear many hats and no two days are alike.

Account managers are required to be strategic thinkers and have a full

understanding of their clients’ business.

Arial”>Strategy:Arial”> Strategy is a broad category inclusive of

Brand planning, Analytics, CRM, Content Marketing, and more. Strategy is

heavily focused on research and strategists are often tasked with aligning

clients’ objectives with consumer needs.
