As a Business Intelligence Data Engineer, you will work on collecting, storing, processing and analyzing huge sets of data, to empower our business users and engineers to gain insights about our users and our business, which will help them make great decisions.


  • Build and maintain data pipelines ingesting massive amounts of data from a wide variety of sources: cloud-based transactional databases, key-value stores, high-velocity event streams and third party data feeds.
  • Organize the data in a data lake, as well as a distributed, columnar, MPP data warehouse.
  • Build dimensional models and transformations, providing various business users with easy to understand, high performance data models


  • 5+ years of professional Data engineering experience
  • Must have expert level SQL coding skills
  • Proficiency in Java or Python
  • Proficiency in scripting languages
  • Experience and knowledge of data pipelines and real-time data streams
  • Experience with BI and visualization tools (Looker preferred)
  • BA or BS degree; Computer Science or Engineering degree preferred
  • 5 or more years of professional software engineering experience
  • Mastery of relational databases
  • Knowledge of Snowflake database or other MPP database system is preferred
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
