This all new Oak Island Creative entertainment center brings our 20 years of entertaining expertise to an inspiring family adventure quest that delivers an up close exploration to some of the world’s most alluring mysteries.  This unique experience is set in the classic style of roadside American attractions and your adventure lives on in our "Mystery Market."  This immersive mystery filled environment combines authentic themes based on the attraction in an engaging retail experience.  Your favorite mysteries go home with you from a wide selection of mystery inspired products.

Our flagship "Mystery Town USA," will open in Mackinaw City, Michigan, a top tourist destination in Spring 2017.  We are looking for Retail and Attraction Guest Service Team Members who will be dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service across Mystery Town, which includes our attraction and our retail market.  As part of this team, you would welcome guests and provide a high standard of guest experience throughout their visit.  A summary of duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Welcome and greet guests to Mystery Town, USA, providing guests with attraction and retail information, monitoring queue lines and making appropriate adjustments, measuring attraction wait times, and keeping area orderly.
  • Work across the commercial areas of the attraction (admissions, retail, attraction, hospitality, cleaning, etc.) as and when required. 
  • Assure all retail and attraction areas achieve the highest standards in areas of cleanliness, presentation, and service.

The positions will begin mid to late May and will pay $12.00/hour.
