What you'll be doing:
- Building CI/CD tooling to streamline the development process on a wide variety of OS and GPU HW platforms and constantly working to improve the developer User Experience.
- Creating and evolving the technical strategy for NVIDIA's Omniverse developer infrastructure to improve Developer Experience, Developer Velocity, Debuggability, Resilience, and Reliability while expanding to a broad array of cloud and on-prem deployment platforms.
- Collaborating with engineering leaders across NVIDIA for the adoption of new developer-facing technologies.
- Acting as a player/coach within our high-performance team to ensure code quality, commitment to craft, and operational excellence.
What we need to see:
- 5+ years of industry experience.
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree, preferably in Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in one or more back-end service languages (Java/Python/Go/C++/etc.).
- Extensive experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Gitlab, Jenkins, CircleCI etc).
- Experience building CI/CD tooling and release engineering pipelines for complex SW systems
- Expertise in architectural patterns of high-scale distributed products/services, such as well-designed APIs, data pipelines, and efficient algorithms.
- A desire to tackle projects with large open-ended scopes and drive significant business impact.
- A collaborative mindset, engaging in product reviews, code reviews, and architecture discussions.
- Motivation to improve teammates' productivity and the ability to find and pursue new initiatives with minimum oversight (self-starter).
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
- Experience with Gitlab and k8s on both Linux and Windows OS platforms
- Proven track record of driving significant business impact through infrastructure improvements.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor team members.
