WHAT WE DO:
Support programs throughout the specialty product treatment experience has quickly become the most visible part of many healthcare organizations. Nuvera partners with pharmaceutical and biotech companies to help them effectively diagnose and pinpoint patient/physician needs, design, and implement various programs to deliver a seamless treatment experience and enhance patients’ ability to obtain, start, and stay on therapy. From field-based resource design, to nurse education, to traditional patient support ‘Hubs’, we’ve developed a depth of expertise matched by few in the industry in helping our clients determine the optimal mix of support elements.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
The Analyst/Senior Analyst will:
1. Provide key support through project management, secondary & primary research, material accumulation, content expertise, and deliverable creation.
2. Provide analysis and recommendations based on research, including insights and recommendations on the findings
3. Develop content for various project work in PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel and other tools as needed. And serve as a content resource for the development of materials, market research reports, implementation of studies, etc.
4. Contribute timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of all projects
5. Participate in project team meetings and collaborate with fellow team members to efficiently complete engagements within project scopes
6. Coordinate and provide internal and external project communications
7. Other work as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Consulting Experience: 2+ years of experience generating research materials and summaries
Project Management Experience: Demonstrated ability to effectively hand multiple priorities with in changing environment
Stakeholder management: Experience working with and advising key account/client stakeholders
Industry knowledge: Understanding and knowledge of healthcare and pharmaceutical industries to include all or some of the following
o Patient Assistance Programs (PAP)
o Specialty Pharmacy
o Reimbursement Support Programs
o Copay & Coinsurance Assistance Programs
o Specialty Pharmacy HUB Programs
o Provider & Patient Web Portals
o CRM & Analytics
o Reimbursement Consulting
o Commercialization Strategy
o Startup Initiatives, Product Launches, & B2B Execution
o Vendor Management
o Patient Education and Adherence
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Authorization to work in U.S.
