NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Pharmacy Clerk II to join our team for a three month or longer temporary assignment. If you feel you are qualified by the description below, please apply for a chance to interview and discuss your skills & qualifications.

JOB SUMMARY

In this role you will be responsible for:
  • Accept in-coming calls from members, providers, and plan sponsors
  • Verify eligibility and assist with prior pharmacy authorizations
  • Follow HIPAA Guidelines as mandated
  • Maintains complete, timely, and accurate documentation of all approvals, denials, and clinical questions
  • Previous experience as Pharmacy Technician
  • Ability to multi-task to accomplish workload efficiently


JOB QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2+ years of Call Center experience
  • 1+ pharmacy technician
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Requires standing for long periods of time. Some bending, stretching or reaching required. Requires the physical dexterity to possibility lift to 25 pounds intermittently. Capability to see and read fine print. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus. Requires ability to perform data entry functions for 95% of the scheduled work shift and perform duties in a fast-paced environment with high demands and tight deadlines.
