We are currently seeking a Technical Writer in Frankfort, KY to join our team in Frankfort, Kentucky (US-KY), United States (US).
Minimum qualifications: - Successfully provided technical writing for at least two (2) or more IT project(s) which each: - Implementation of infrastructure in either a data center or cloud - Development of Web User Interfaces, System to System Interfaces, Reports, and Correspondences - Training of end users in use of the system - Training of technical staff in support of the system - A minimum of five (5) years or more of technical writing experience; - A minimum of five (5) years or more of technical writing manuals, user guides, web content, and online help; - Technical writing experience in one (1) or more of the following: Unemployment Insurance, Financial Accounting, Government Case Management, Government Revenue, Insurance, or Claim Processing; Desired qualifications: - A minimum of five (5) years or better of experience in providing technical writing services for projects providing development or system integration services; - A minimum of five (5) years or better writing manuals, user guides, web content, and online help; - A minimum of two (2) years of experience in public sector projects; - Experience as a technical writer on at least one (1) large scale development which involved system replacement including the transformation/migration of data
