We are currently seeking a Project Management Analyst to join our team in Denver, Colorado (US-CO), United States (US).

Primary responsibilities/Skills:
Manage project financials by ensuring adherence to timesheet compliance and invoicing

Work with Contract Manager to coordinate contract and task order activities

Assist with managing subcontractor and vendor agreements and reviews project costs and projections, providing financial analysis, and coordinating contract and task orders

Follow-up and coordinate payments and Accounts Receivables

Ensure proper utilization of IT assets and resources and report unutilized assets

Facilitate the procurement of items required to provide effective IT services to the client

Provide Administrative support for day to day operations

Works closely with the program manager and government management personnel

Responsible for driving innovation background
Work location is Denver, CO with some travel to DC (Alaska possibly)

Identifying risks and taking preventive and corrective actions as required

Listening and understanding to client problems and concerns and taking steps to alleviate them

Establishing and managing the professional relationship with the clients, contracting officers and other stakeholders

Strong written and oral communication skills and an open communication style
Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Required Skills:

• At least 2 years direct experience in providing administrative support including project financial controls for large portfolio

• Bachelors Degree
• Must be US Citizen with ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance

Desired Skills:
• Experience in environmental safety (nice to have)
• Experience in the oil and gas industry (nice to have)
