We are currently seeking a Infrastructure ITIL SME to join our team in Falls Church, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Leads complex service delivery processes and associated projects.

• Manages service delivery processes in a complex service delivery environment.

• Identifies and leads continuous improvement activities in support of client or internal business processes.

• Provide ITIL infrastructure subject matter expertise to develop, improve, integrate, measure, and report on operational processes and comply with ITIL framework.

• Apply best business practices to assess, develop, maintain, and update ITIL infrastructure documentation.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years experience with ITIL processes and principals.

• ITIL Expert Certification

• Bachelor's in computer science
