As the Security Operations Expert - Identity & Access Management you will be responsible for ensuring Novartis identity governance and access control services align with business needs and delivered in accordance with Novartis standards and in line with industry best practice.

You will lead all aspects of the implementation of identity and access service management, which includes service & technology life cycle management, engineering and innovation in co-operation with architecture and service lines, as well as aligning to strategic IT road-maps.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

•Responsible for identity access and governance services offered to partners inside and outside of Novartis. Lead all aspects of processes and resource delivery, ensuring the coordination of these teams in overall planning activities, service delivery, and issue resolution.
•Supports all global supporting components of the service, including any associated SLAs, run as a coordinated service. Supports and delivers continuous improvement, cost reduction, and performance of the services. Assists with regional and global monitoring, reviewing and reporting of performance against the service portfolio.
•Regularly performs service reviews, qualifications, and self-assessments to ensure conformance with quality, security, and regulatory requirements and industry standard methodologies.
•Responsible for assisting planning, (with architecture, and governance) to establish the overall services and the service delivery roadmaps.
•Collaborates with the other corporate functions to establish, review, and approve SOWs with service providers, as well as establish, update, and approve the service catalogue.
•Alignment of IT Services with business and IT strategy.
•Operational excellence: measurement through critical metrics and customer satisfaction surveys.
•Participate and support delivery of multinational projects within time, quality, and budget targets.
What you bring to this role:
•Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or comparable preferred education or equivalent experience
•A minimum of 10 years of IT experience with shown skills and experienced knowledge in the area of Identity Access Management, and in particular of Identity Governance and Access control management
•Working experience with one or more of the following: Oracle Identity Management platform, Axiomatics Dynamic Access Suite, Microsoft Azure / Active Directory
•Experience with regulatory frameworks, such as SOX, GxP, or similar
•Minimum of 3 years of experience in Service Management, Service Delivery and/or ITIL processes in a service portfolio in similar areas, geographies and business areas
•Superb Interpersonal skills, both oral and written. Ability to lead indirect reporting lines in a matrix set-up
