SAP Basis Technical Operations Specialist

Your Key Responsibilities:
•Manages the demand and resources delivering the SAP Basis service, responsible for overseeing the service operation team ensuring the coordination of this team in overall Operations planning, delivery and issue resolution within the scope of AMS Service Operation team.
•Ensure regular compliance activities like disaster recovery test, cluster failover test are executed successfully.
•Responsible for managing internal budget , commercials, service management and SME team.
•Responsible for the overall continuous improvement, cost reduction and performance of the services.
•Collaborates with the Sourcing Organization on supplier management and establishes/ reviews/ approves key recommendation with external service providers, as needed.
•Provide support to the service transition review, post-implementation review (PIR)/ post-audit assessment with the stakeholder and continuously improve processes from lesson-learned.
•Provide an escalation and arbitration level for service related relationship issues and problems. Develop and maintain a "wish list" of all outstanding service improvements and enhancements.
What You Will Bring To The Role:
This position contributes to the day-to-day management of a set of systems, tools or applications, ensuring their stability and integrity, while meeting customer service levels.
•A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
•5 years of working experience in SAP Basis, operations and projects. Good knowledge on Infrastructure is must.
•Should have a good understanding of S/4 HANA, HANA, HANA TDI, SAP HEC and different SAP Cloud solutions
•Deep know-how of Cluster, DR , HANA HSR concepts,
UNIX/Windows and DB administration experience
•Good experience in handling SAP Basis Operations and project teams.
•Experience in handling and resolving major incidents, implementing best practices across the various SAP solutions
