Job Description
- Lead, coach and motivate sales team to implement sales/marketing policy in order to achieve sales &
profit targets, sustainable growth of new and existing products and also customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the continuous improvement of both quality and selling skills of Medical Representative through
training, motivating and coaching in the field.
Minimum requirements
- Minimum 3 years of Sales Management experience in pharmaceutical company
- Bachelor's Degree of Pharmacy, Medical Science or related field, a MBA is an advantage
- Possess strong leadership skill and competency in building and developing team
- Self-motivated, result & customer oriented, team player and service minded
