Job Description
• Understand business issues and requirements of Business Franchise and brand in charge
• Support brand marketing teams to plan and execute effective digital and multichannel marketing
• Drive projects for developing digital services
• Continuous improvement and operation of digital services in charge
• Support brand teams in providing digital solution options, giving advice, and implement them
• Manage editing and operation of email magazine to customers
• KPI reporting to brand teams
• Benchmark competitors' digital activities to continuously improve NPKK brands' performance
• Ensure adequate reporting of adverse events / technical complaint / compliance issue in accordance with company procedures
• 100% timely delivery of all training requirements including compliance

Minimum requirements
• Bachelor's degree required
• business-level English and Japanese
• Total >5 year experience including IT, Marketing
• Fluent communication and presentation skills
• Strong capability to drive cross-functional projects in a complex setting (Global Project experience is a plus)
• High interest to digital promotional tools and solutions
