To do so, we are looking for an experienced Supply Manager, who can improve the way we plan, coordinate, and execute our inbound supply. This requires a structured and analytical mindset, but also a high level of stakeholder management skills. • Managing inventory levels via parameter setting, e.g., safety stock, order quantity, inventory projection, and determination of optimal inventory targets.
• Managing stakeholders across departments including commercial, quality, and customer service functions to set the right priorities and drive the right actions.
• Supporting S&OP process ensuring demand and supply balance.
• Improving efficiency and productivity by identifying and driving supply chain optimization projects e.g., challenging supply setups, processes, lead-time, and total cost.
• Analysis of both supply and sales forecast data to ensure the most suitable input for effective supply planning. Challenge business on forecast accuracy and claimed sales projections. Analyze big sets of supply data and KPIs to improve performance.
• Focusing on supply chain network configuration, systems, and technology.
• Planning and managing orders from selected intercompany and 3rd party suppliers to ensure medicine availability and respecting inventory targets.

Minimum Requirements

What you'll bring to the role:

• You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain, operations management or a related field.
• Deep understanding of Supply Chain Management, purchasing, constraints and productivities in manufacturing, capacity planning, inventory management and control, and logistics.
• Analytical and structured mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, a strong communicator and collaborator.
• Experience from a similar position.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of relevant tools and systems, e.g., SAP R/3, SAP APO, Kinaxis RapidResponse, BI, Microsoft Office (Excel), or QlikSense
