End-to-End Production Planner

In the role of Single Plant Planner you will be responsible for direct the implementation of all aspects of the ARM manufacturing strategy to ensure the efficient delivery of the portfolio clinical supply needs according to the established schedule and budget.
In close collaboration with the Clinical PU Head, proactively drive plant production planning for the tactical horizon in the East Hanover CGTDM production facility. Ensure adequate capacity and resources are in place cross-functionally to make-test-release to support agreed supply plans. Represent manufacturing unit in Clinical Supply & Operations Planning Meetings.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•Lead and own the manufacturing and testing planning activities through release and shipment. Understand resource constraints, facilitate and drive solution identification and implementation with affected stakeholders/functions. Communicate issues to teams and line management in a proactive manner and propose suitable corrective actions and mitigation plan to ensure uninterrupted supply. Establishes and maintains KPI for manufacturing capacity (Clinical batches, training runs, development/transfer runs). Maintains Production dashboard capturing key dates for each production batch.
•Be accountable for the deliverables of the assigned manufacturing unit based on the overall TRD/NTO Clinical Supply & Operations Planning (cS&OP) process and governance, and coordinate supply availability with other manufacturing units, external CMOs and NTO sites. Manage input to the overall TRD Long Term Planning process (LTP) including Vector supply.
•Contribute to data evaluation, propose solutions and contribute to risk mitigation plans.
•Drive KPI reporting & analysis and actively support local & global process improvement.
•Manages regular "lessons learned sessions" within the manufacturing unit
•Develop and recommend business model improvements based on the simplification of process, personnel strengths, shifts in the portfolio needs. Give strong input into the peer performance review of team members regarding values and behaviors together with the CGTDM Managers.

What you'll bring to the role:
•BS, MS or PhD degree in technical, financial or industrial engineering
•Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience; minimum of 3 years in a leadership or people management position with successful performance and track record in the role of line/people manager in R&D, GMP environment or a related industrial area
•Proven track record of successfully managing within a matrix organization
•Is an effective people manager, leader and communicator: collaborating with other functions.
•Good process mapping capability towards the development of future organizations, business models, continuous improvement.
•Understands financial best practices/requirements and can ensure future audit records are compliant.
•Advanced degree in above mentioned areas (Ph.D. or equivalent).
