Windows Systems Administrator / Desktop Support

We are currently seeking a Windows Systems Administrator with emphasis on Desktop Support for our USAICoE CIO/G6 IT Support task in Ft. Huachuca, AZ (Southern AZ).

Responsibilities include:

  1. Solving end user incidents, reimaging systems, ensuring patching of desktop systems, and other desktop support activities across multiple Active Directory domains of different classification levels.

  2. Managing and securing printers and other duties as assigned.

  3. Supporting Windows 7 virtualized systems (VMWare)

Basic Qualifications:

  1. Must possess a Bachelor of Science degree AND a minimum of 6 years system administration experience. Note: Additional relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of degree requirement. (combined total of 10 years between

education and relevant experience)

  1. Must possess a minimum of 3 years experience configuring and managing Windows 7 workstations in an Active Directory Environment.

  2. Must possess a TOP SECRET/SCI clearance.

  3. Must have Security CE certification

  4. Must have Microsoft Certification OR be able to obtain specified certifications within six months of hire.

  5. Must have Customer Support experience.

  6. Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Windows 10 Experience

  2. VMWare Experience

  3. Microsoft Certified Professional
