Roles and Responsibilities:
Design page layouts and graphics and provide technical guidance on search engines meta-tags, JavaScript, XML and other more advanced web activities.
Make use of Java, HTML, XHTML, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery programming languages as needed.
Perform QA reviews and all applicable testing before returning to client for final review, approval, and clearance.
Know and continue to keep up-to-date on Section 508 accessibility requirements and ensure all web pages and web files are compliant.
Perform cross-browser testing and follow all internal approval and clearance processes before posting pages.
Serve as a technical expert on XHTML and CSS as well as best practices for a multi-browser, multi-platform environment.

PSPRI

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or related field with a minimum of 2 years of experience or 6 years of experience to satisfy the education in experience requirement
2 years of Software development experience working complex application development projects
2 years of Java development.
Must be comfortable presenting technical material in a group setting
Ability to work in a team environment with frequent customer contact
Knowledge or experience with Object Oriented Design (OOD).
Experience with Agile/Scrum
Experience with AngularJS/Angular Material/HTML5 CSS3
Experience building RESTful web services
Experience with J2EE/Springframework
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of ESB frameworks
Knowledge of MVC architecture
Experience with CVS
Experience migrating data from legacy systems (extract-transform-load)
Experience integrating COTS and Open Source Applications.
Experience with Intelligence Community missions and systems
Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop and present technical approaches and findings
