Northrop Grumman is seeking a motivated professional to join our team. This position is located at Fort Huachuca, AZ.
The Web Server Administrator Is the primary systems administrator for a software engineering shop that develops web applications in ASP.NET C# with MVC. We are a primarily Microsoft Windows environment. The web administrator will be the POC and manage the code and documentation of all web servers. The candidate will also be the primary POC for establishing new FQDNs, verifying and testing certificates, maintaining Single Sign-On, and maintaining/troubleshooting web applications as needed.
Must possess a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6 years of experience in Windows Administration; Note: Additional experience may be considered in lieu of the degree requirement. (Minimum of 10 years combined between education and relevant experience) Additional experience can include programming.
Must possess experience managing multiple web sites and applications, in a primarily Windows server environment.
Must be experienced with Microsoft Server, IIS 7.x/8.x, MS SQL 2012 or higher. Configuring new web applications in IIS, installation and maintenance of SSL certificates a plus.
Must have familiarity with programming methodologies.
Must have experience troubleshooting web applications and web servers.
Must possess Security certification (or higher).
Must possess Windows operating system environment certification (Server 2008 or Server 2012), or able to achieve within 6 months from hire.
Must possess/obtain a Top Secret with SCI eligibility: Note an Interim Secret is a minimum to start.
Must have familiarity with at least one coding language.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Experience with Linux Red Hat web environments, running web applications on Apache/Tom Cat in addition to Windows administration.
Familiarity with Site Minder and Single Sign-On using AKO or EAMS-A/GCDS
Familiarity with U.S. Army policies and procedures, STIGs, and IAVAs.
Ability to debug web applications in C#.
- Familiarity with object oriented programming.
