We are looking for a full-life cycle recruiter to support our Eastern Region and be located in Linthicum, MD.

Basic Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications for a Level 2:
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a recruiting (technology) or sourcing recruiting role (agency or corporate) with an emphasis on lead generation, candidate quality, and client management OR 7+ years of equivalent combination of education & experience.
US Citizenship required
Effective customer service and interpersonal communication skills
Successful demonstration of full-life cycle staffing experience
Active in the Social and Digital recruitment arena
Ability to define and implement research and sourcing strategies for critical positions
Technical industry knowledge with the ability to understand relevant skills, target companies and user groups
Able and open to occasional travel around the region to assist with events, and in support of the business

Basic Qualifications for a Level 3:

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6+ years of experience in a recruiting (technology) or sourcing recruiting role (agency or corporate) with an emphasis on lead generation, candidate quality, and client management OR 10+ years of equivalent combination of education & experience
US Citizenship required
Effective customer service and interpersonal communication skills
Successful demonstration of full-life cycle staffing experience
Active in the Social and Digital recruitment arena
Ability to define and implement research and sourcing strategies for critical positions
Technical industry knowledge with the ability to understand relevant skills, target companies and user groups

Preferred Qualifications:
Background in agency recruiting
Excellent planning and organizational skills; able to manage multiple high priority projects effectively in a high volume, fast-paced service environment
Self-directed, excellent customer service skills and results orientation
Experience with server-based applicant tracking systems, ideally TALEO
Prefer experience developing competitive market intelligence for talent
Demonstrate a strong understanding of OFCCP process compliance
Ability to demonstrate effective ways to build talent pipelines and tactical research
Knowledge of alternative search techniques to find and engage passive candidates
