Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (NGMS) Sector which is a leading global provider of secure software-defined mission systems with over 27,700 employees around the globe is seeking a new member of our Talent Acquisition team. We are looking for a full-life cycle recruiter to support our Central Region and be located in Huntsville, AL.

As a member of the Central Talent Acquisition team, you will perform full lifecycle recruiting for specialized skills within Engineering and Information Technology. You will work in a dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility and creativity. You will guide applicants through the recruiting process and use effective techniques to close the deal. You will use thought leadership when working with hiring teams and demonstrate strong oral communications skills.

We are looking for recruiters who are not afraid to leverage the power of talent market intelligence/research to drive strategic, effective and innovative sourcing strategies that ultimately support our mission. Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a recruiting (technology) or sourcing recruiting role (agency or corporate) with an emphasis on lead generation, candidate quality, and client management OR 7+ years of equivalent combination of education & experience.
US Citizenship required
Effective customer service and interpersonal communication skills
Successful demonstration of full-life cycle staffing experience
Active in the Social and Digital recruitment arena
Ability to define and implement research and sourcing strategies for critical positions
Technical industry knowledge with the ability to understand relevant skills, target companies and user groups
Able and open to occasional travel around the region to assist with events, and in support of the business

Preferred Qualifications:
Background in agency recruiting
Excellent planning and organizational skills; able to manage multiple high priority projects effectively in a high volume, fast-paced service environment
Self-directed, excellent customer service skills and results orientation
Experience with server-based applicant tracking systems, ideally TALEO
Prefer experience developing competitive market intelligence for talent
Demonstrate a strong understanding of OFCCP process compliance
Ability to demonstrate effective ways to build talent pipelines and tactical research
Knowledge of alternative search techniques to find and engage passive candidates
