Northrop Grumman Aerospace Sector is seeking a Diversity Sourcer who will responsible for using their professional experience and network to source diverse candidates for current requisitions and future pipeline. This individual will work closely with client-facing recruiters and hiring managers to understand the hiring need and build a targeted sourcing plan. This position is located in San Diego, CA or Melbourne, FL.

Strategic Talent Acquisition:
- Partner with client-facing recruiters and hiring managers to understand the hiring need, build targeted sourcing plans and work with the hiring managers expectations along the way.
- Cultivate relationships with key candidates and specific talent pools, defined according to long-term initiatives and direction of the organization-turn applicants from non-active to active by developing strong executive candidate relationships.
- Researches market conditions and industry trends as it relates to our competitors to assist in decision-making and marketing position.
- Use professional network to source candidates for active requisitions
- Source candidates from a variety of sources, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn, Clearancejobs.com, Monsterboard.com, Careerbuilder.com, social media, and search engines: Google Chrome, Google X-ray, advanced Boolean searching strings and niche job boards
- Use social networking mediums (i.e., LinkedIn groups and other online forums) to promote employment brand messaging that drives traffic to open roles by establishing and promoting positive relationships
- Track day-to-day diversity sourcing activity in applicant tracking and candidate relationship management systems.
- The ability to attract diverse cleared talent to the company and have a knowledge base of security clearances.
- Represent Northrop Grumman at various diversity conferences and events.


Basic Qualifications

* 6+ years of recruiting/HR experience with a Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of recruiting/HR experience with a Master's degree.
* 4+ years of corporate and/or search firm progressive experience including passive candidate generation and full life cycle recruiting.
* Must have experience with building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet researches for potential candidates.

Preferred Qualifications

* 4+ years of corporate and or search firm progressive experience including passive candidate generation and full life cycle recruiting.
* Must have experience with building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research.
* CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.
* MS Office - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
* Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
