Northrop Grumman is seeking an Operations SharePoint Training Administrator. This position will be located at our (AS) Sector in El Segundo, CA.

The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman's Talent Acquisition Operations Department.

The selected candidate will be responsible for the maintaining the Talent Acquisition SharePoint site and updating operational training tutorials such as quick reference guides and video tutorials.

RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Design Training Material in coordination with Ops Lead and recruiter subject matter experts
Create Camtasia training videos for department and sector use.
Create power point QRG's (Quick reference guides) and VRG's (Video reference guides) as an additional resource for internal and external stakeholders
Revise and or update existing training material when new systems or processes are implemented
Plan and coordinate staff meetings, training programs, and process assessment activities.
Develop and maintains up-to-date training documents current departmental policies and procedures.
Facilitates a strong working relationship between operations and recruitment. Shares information and trains new recruiters on operations policies/procedures.
Work independently on special projects and assignments as assigned.
Maintains SharePoint content, permissions and sub sites for AS Talent Acquisition

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with experience designing training material or SharePoint administration
This position requires strong technology skills, particularly in MS Office (i.e., Word and Excel) and CRMs.

Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to work under aggressive schedule
Database entry experience is a plus
Other requirements include demonstrated organizational skills.
Must enjoy working in a team environment with frequent customer contact and have excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated skills in solving problems and responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction
Demonstrate the ability to communicate with different levels of Employees (managers, supervisors and team members)
