Systems Engineer 4

We are currently seeking a Systems Engineer 4 to join our growing team in Rolling Meadows, Illinois.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems.
  • Conducts analyses at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal.
  • Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
  • Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 9 years of experience with a Bachelor's; 7 years with a Master's; 4 years with a PhD
  • 9 years of experience with Electronic Warfare (EW) equipment and systems.
  • Must possess active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret-level clearance (or inactive within the last two years).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 9 years of experience with integration and test of EW systems including design and development of test equipment to support development and maintenance operations.
