Northrop Grumman is seeking a Systems Engineer 4 to support the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) weapon system development. This position will be with our Technology Services sector located at Ogden, UT. The successful candidate will perform systems engineering and modeling and simulation of missile systems. This includes the following:
* Lead all System Architecture activities for the GBSD Flight Systems IPT
* Maintain System Architecture in UPDM and SysML through the integration of inputs across sub-systems and the full weapon system
* Support System Engineering baseline design and related artifact development
* Develop reports of analyses that document the work performed
* Interface with internal and external customers

Basic Qualifications:
* Minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, Physics or Mathematics
* Minimum of 9 years of related systems engineering experience with aBachelors in Science; or 7 years with Masters
* Must have demonstrated technical writing experience and be capable of writing technically and grammatically correct documentation
* Must have experience in one or more Model Based Engineering tools (Cameo, Rhapsody, etc.)
* Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance or higher
* Most recent security investigation completed within the last 5 years

Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's Degree in a related technical discipline
* Holds a current DoD Top Secret Clearance
* Experience with any of the following tools and languages: CORE, DOORS, Rhapsody, Cameo, ModelCenter, MagicDraw, Easy Power, Prima Vera, UML, SysML, UPDM, OOSEM, Object-Oriented Systems Engineering Methodology / Method (or just Object- Oriented Systems Engineering), PTC Integrity Modeler, Artisan Studio
* Experience with ICBM Weapon Systems, missile systems, or launch vehicles
* Self-directed and able to work independently and with a team
