Northrop Grumman is seeking a Systems Analyst. This position will be with our Technology Services sector located in Manhattan Beach. Northrop Grumman supports the Air Force's Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Ground Subsystems Support Contract (GSSC) Minuteman Operational Targeting Program (MOTP).

The successful candidate will:
* Develop and monitor policies and standards for allocation related to the use of computing resources, evaluating vendor products, hardware installs and configuration, COTs SW installs, security hardening and patching, hardware maintenance, and user accounts
* Participate proactively in developing and maintaining software tools
* Manage schedules and budget. Coordinate with software team to accomplish tasks on time and within budget
* Report issues and assist in problem resolution to ensure productivity
* Develop Basis of Estimates (BOEs) for software development life cycle
* Collaborate in team environment

Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or related degree
* 2+ years of related work experience
* Knowledgeable in budget analysis and scheduling
* In-depth knowledge of Windows operating system
* Experience programming in C, C++, C#, Matlab and/or FORTRAN
* U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:
* Possess an active DoD Interim Secret Clearance or above
* Security Plus Certification
* Knowledgeable on maintenance and administration of networks
* In-depth knowledge of loading, configuring, and troubleshooting for Windows operating system
* Knowledgeable on security hardening
* Experience working with VAX operating system maintenance, administration, and networks
* Familiarity in project planning, performance and cost scheduling
* Proficient in MS Suite including MS Access and MS Project
* Good interpersonal skills working in a team environment and with customer
