Systems Administrator 4-19490

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Systems Administrator 4 for our Schriever Air Force Base, CO location.

Will be responsible for loading and supporting required system software including: Microsoft

Office 2016, additional products in the Microsoft suite of software, test applications and GOTS

(Government Off The Shelf) Software, and COTS (Customer Off The Shelf). Responsibilities include ensuring system software installs, maintenance, break fix activities, as well as executing cyber

security initiatives and sustainment are done in accordance with established policies, procedures

and service level agreements. Candidate must quickly adapt to new situations and short deadlines,

work unsupervised at times and have a strong commitment to a team environment. On-call and

occasional local travel is necessary to support customer requirements, troubleshooting, testing,

and exercise support

Basic Qualifications:

Experience with SCCM, and remote administration, as well as experience with Active Directory•

The candidate must have at least one of the following certifications or an ability to obtain within 30

days of hire: Security , Security Certified Network Professional (SCNP), Systems Security Certified

Practitioner (SSCP), GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC) and/or Certified Information

Systems Security Professional (CISSP). Must be certified Security or equivalent, per DoD 8570•

Professional hands- on experience in design, implementation and troubleshooting of the following

technologies: Microsoft Windows Computing Environments, Knowledge in/with DISA and SHB

imaging standards,

Active DoD Secret Security Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with communication networks (MDACNet, DISN, SIPRNet).

Experience with Linux RedHat and other operation platforms outside of Microsoft is a plus.

Familiar with architecture supporting Mission Partner Environments (MPE)

Experience installing, patching, configuring and

troubleshooting Windows servers and workstations including associated peripherals. Experience

with DISA Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) tool used in scanning and remediating

computer system vulnerabilities

Experience resolving hardware & software conflicts and perform

server maintenance and break/fix activities.

Familiarity with operating within a virtualized environment such as VMWare.

DoD networking experience with classified data networks and strong grasp of red/black concepts and IA compliance.

Proficiency with Visio 2016. Knowledge of MDA classified networks. Experience in a training and exercise environment, particularly wargame

operations.

Ability to multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, work well in a team environment, have strong interpersonal

skills and have a positive, can-do attitude
