NGAS Survivability is seeking an antenna integration engineer who will dsign, procure, and integrate new antennas via suppliers. Antennas must integrate into survivable systems. The primary duties are to ensure antenna meets RCS and RF performance requirements.

Essential Functions:

  • Ensure antenna systems meet RCS and RF performance requirements
  • Perform RCS testing, data reduction, and integration
  • Manage suppliers and their SOWs
  • Track antenna test results and manage asset allocation

The position willsupport multiple programs, includinga diverse design and integration team on an Advanced Program within NGAS. The engineer will performtechnical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems.

Travel is expected to support program efforts, up to 25% of the time.

Basic Qualifications:

  • BS degree in STEM field; typical minimum experience is nine years overall work experience with a Bachelor of Science or seven years with a master's degree
  • Active DOD Secret clearance with the ability to obtain DOD TS and SAP/SAR clearances
  • Five years of Survivability integrationOR antenna design/testing experience


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active DOD TS clearance
  • Radome and FSS design andintegration experience
