Supply Chain Planning Spec 3

AC4ISR is in search of an experienced and talented individual to join the EMW & Surveillance business area. The Supply Chain Planning Specialist (SCPS) will provide support to the Program team to evaluate material and equipment requirements throughout the life of a program. The candidate must understand the all aspects of SCM - materials management, procurement, subcontracts, cost budgets and supplier quality to support engineering, production, logistics in the performance of their roles and responsibilities. In proposal phase, the SCPS will work with the Program team during the pricing of all material requirements, prepare proposal pricing inputs and support the team in the development of supplier capabilities, risk profiles, and presentations. In execution phase, the SCPS will be responsible for collaboration with entire SCM organization to monitor and provide status of material needed to support manufacturing. The SCPS will monitor and report on the cost and schedule and quality performance for the program. The SCPS may be also responsible for the oversight of supply chain activities being performed on multiple programs. Basic Qualifications:
This position will be hired at a level 3.

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 6+ years of work-related experience to include supply chain, business management, etc.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and SAP
  • Demonstrated leadership success and ability to influence direct reports, interact with peers and all levels of management in the organization
  • Highly effective interpersonal skills, commitment to fostering an engaging environment for others and excellent communication skills, US Citizenship and ability to obtain a secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications:
* Demonstrated experience with developing complex agreements such as long term agreements, teaming agreements, strategic alliances, MOAs, overriding Terms and Conditions, claims and settlements
* Demonstrated working knowledge of earned value management systems, supplier financial reporting/forecasting, contracting/subcontracting, or supplier/program/product scheduling
* Demonstrated success in managing complex supplier specifications, drawings, SOW's and supplier issue resolution
