Will supervise a workforce of Supply personnel at multiple locations. Supervisor will be responsible to provide direction and oversight of spares, repairs, packaging, handling, storage, warehousing & transportation of program material. Responsibilities will also include program planning and performance addressing cost, schedule, quality and performance of work package as outlined in customer contracts. Supervisor will ensure all work performed will be within allocated direct & overhead budgets. Will attend meetings and brief upper management and customers. Frequent contacts with internal personnel and outside customer representatives at various management levels concerning operations or scheduling or specific phases of projects or contracts. Supervisor is responsible for the direct supervision/management of the staff and for providing objective-oriented direction to subordinates. The Supervisor will perform annual employee performance appraisals and administer developmental plans, discipline and rewards as required.

Basic Qualifications: 5 years Supply Experience with a Bachelor’s degree required. Additional experience considered in lieu of degree. Candidate must be proficient in all aspects of management of resource item management & procurement personnel along with budget controls. Candidate must have complete understanding of all logistic elements, supportability, maintainability and logistics support analysis. Candidate must be able to identify and predict support equipment spares and consumable usage rates Candidate must understand government Bench Stock, Bonded Stock, and Shop Stock requirements. Candidate should have knowledge of AFI 21 101. Candidate should have a working knowledge of EVMS.

Basic computer skills; Excel, Word, Power Point are required.

All applicants must have and maintain a valid U.S. passport, accept customer furnished quarters for a period up to 120 days away from primary work location and comply with mobility requirements such as chemical warfare training and immunizations that may include anthrax and smallpox. Applicants must meet and maintain medical requirements for worldwide travel. Candidate must have a current DoD Secret clearance. Additionally, the ability to obtain and retain a Program Security Clearance is required as condition of employment and be willing to submit and pass a polygraph.
