Northrop Grumman Technology Services Sector is creating a Global Supply Chain Center of Excellence in Grand Sky, North Dakota. The Global Supply Chain Center of Excellence will provide GSC activities for the International HALE Global Hawk programs.

The following positions are anticipated in the near future:

Manager, Subcontracts Administration (BS degree, 8 years contracts/subcontracts experience and prior experience managing teams); MS degree and 6 years of the same experience; 4 additional years experience with no degree

Senior Subcontracts Administrators (BS degree and 10 years of subcontracts experience; MS degree and 8 years of experience; 4 additional years experience without a degree

Subcontracts Administrators (BS degree and 3 years of subcontracts experience; MS degree and 1 year of experience; 4 years additional experience with no degree)

College Hires – subcontracts/procurement administrator (BS degree required, with prior supply chain or intern experience preferred)

Procurement Administrators (BS degree and 3 years of procurement experience; MS degree and 1 year of experience; 4 additional years of experience without a degree)

All positions require knowledge of government contracting (FAR/DFARS) regulations and

Proficiency with MS Office suite (Excel/Powerpoint/Word/Outlook)

CANDIDATE MUST BE WILLING TO WORK ON SITE IN GRAND SKY, NORTH DAKOTA (some relocation assistance may be available)

Basic Qualifications for Subcontracts and Procurement Positions:

To be considered for any position the minimum skills and experience are:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of relevant experience in contract, supply chain, procurement and/or business management or Master's degree and 1 years of relevant experience in contracts, procurement, supply chain and/or business management. 4 additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
  • Demonstrated understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) / Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)
  • Strong background in DOD contracting
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite

For College Hire positions, the minimum qualification is a Bachelor's degree
