Subcontracts Administrator 3

Northrop Grumman Technology Services is seeking a Subcontracts Administrator to support a program with CONUS and OCONUS deployed sites. Duties to include; Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and/or services. Prepares bid packages, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes awards, and administers resulting subcontracts. Negotiates and coordinates additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts. Participates with Business Management to track cost to planned budgets. Work with suppliers assuring material deliveries as well as invoice payments.

This position will be located in Huntsville, AL.

This position is contingent upon proposal/task award.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of applicable experience or Master's Degree with 4 years of experience.

Experience with procurements under US Govt. prime contracts.

The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

Have worked issues related to Import / Export of materials and technology

Familiar with SAP procurement systems

Active Secret security clearance
