Stock Clerk 3

Responsible for the initiation, tracking, shipping, expediting, receiving, and inspecting the conformance of all repairable materials through the contractor and government systems. Develops and maintains all related files and databases pertaining to industry and enterprise logistics issues. Participates in numerous weekly meetings/teleconferences as required. Coordinates with NGC purchasing, manufacturing and engineering and subcontractors to expedite material requirements. Maintains all database files for material/equipment on/off site. Maintains all Government Furnished Equipment lists. May work with integrated maintenance data systems such as IMDS or TC Max as applicable. May work in a tool room as directed. Will work with R14/R15 accounts. May work with the Air Force Equipment Management System (AFEMS).May process COMSEC. May be responsible for controlling and requisitioning MICAP request. May coordinate with item managers and DLA. Works with little or no oversight. May lead a team of up to two personnel.

Basic Qualifications:

Must have an Associates plus 8 years experience.

Must have been a SSgt in the Air Force or Air Guard in a supply AFSC .

Must be familiar with CA/CRL inventories, MICAP processing, R46 processing, and CEMO functions.

Must understand ES-S, GO81, FEDLOG, and the AFM23-123.
