Northrop Grumman is seeking a Staff Property/Asset Management Analyst to coordinate property control activities to ensure continual accountability of government, associate contractor, and company property in accordance with applicable government regulations and/or corporate policy. This position is located in Palmdale, CA.

Essential Functions:
  • Conduct and coordinate physical inventories
  • Update and maintain accountability records
  • Collaborate with other departments
  • Work with property focal points to ensure accountability and identification of assets
  • Provide guidance on government regulations pertaining to property accountability
  • Determine condition of assets and arrange for disposal
  • Provide various Ad Hoc material and tagged asset reports
  • Preparation/execution of contract transfer documentation
  • Assist in the preparation and submittal of property financial reports
  • Assist In contractor self-assessment Audits
  • Conduct property audits at supplier sites, as necessary
  • Ensure the timely closeout/disposition of property
  • Additional assignments may be given to assist other team members, as necessary

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with 14 years of contracts, inventory, property disposition, asset management, and/or business-related experience, or 20 years of stated experience in lieu of degree
  • Must have a DoD Top Secret Security Clearance, awarded/reviewed within the last 5 years
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • National Property Management Association Certifications (CPPS, CPPA, CPPM)
  • Ability to interpret and formulate independent judgment based on federal regulations - Federal Acquisition Regulation 52.245-1 and applicable Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations
  • Experience with industry leading best practices, techniques and standards as they pertain to property and asset management
