Northrop Grumman is seeking a Staff Property/Asset Management Analyst to coordinate property control activities to ensure continual accountability of government, associate contractor, and company property in accordance with applicable government regulations and/or corporate policy. This position is located in Palmdale, CA.

Essential Functions:
- Conduct and coordinate physical inventories
- Update and maintain accountability records
- Collaborate with other departments
- Work with property focal points to ensure accountability and identification of assets
- Provide guidance on government regulations pertaining to property accountability
- Determine condition of assets and arrange for disposal
- Provide various Ad Hoc material and tagged asset reports
- Preparation/execution of contract transfer documentation
- Assist in the preparation and submittal of property financial reports
- Assist In contractor self-assessment Audits
- Conduct property audits at supplier sites, as necessary
- Ensure the timely closeout/disposition of property
- Additional assignments may be given to assist other team members, as necessary
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 14 years of contracts, inventory, property disposition, asset management, and/or business-related experience, or 20 years of stated experience in lieu of degree
- Must have a DoD Top Secret Security Clearance, awarded/reviewed within the last 5 years
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- National Property Management Association Certifications (CPPS, CPPA, CPPM)
- Ability to interpret and formulate independent judgment based on federal regulations - Federal Acquisition Regulation 52.245-1 and applicable Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations
- Experience with industry leading best practices, techniques and standards as they pertain to property and asset management
