Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is currently seeking a Sr. Principal Computer Systems Security
The location is Chantilly, Virginia.
This is a challenging opportunity to work on some of the hardest and most exciting issues in our customer organization. Candidates will have in-depth experience conducting technical and blended operations and demonstrated computer hardware and networking expertise.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Provide specialized systems engineering and technical assistance support to network engineering and technical analysis.
* Provide subject matter expertise on several tasks related to program security, network engineering, and local area network.
* Provide administration and upgrades of Local Area Networks (LANs)
* Ensure compliance with network security requirements

Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and a minimum of 10 years' experience is required. An additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
* TS/SCI/Poly is required
* Experience in network architecture, network security, design, configuration, tools, devices to include but not limited to routers, switches, workstations, servers, multiple operation systems, firewalls, data storage systems, and intrusion detection systems
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience configuring, implementing, and supporting data systems
* Demonstrated Systems Engineering experience
* Administration and upgrade of LANs
* Experience implementing security plans
* Experience with software development in Unix, Linux, and Windows
* Demonstrated experience in software such as Windows, Windows Server, Project, Visio, SharePoint, Forefront, McAfee, Cisco firewalls and switches, and peripherals
