Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Senior level Information System Security Officer to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals located at Annapolis Junction, MD.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Work includes system design, development, delivery, and maintenance in a number of mission-critical domains, including analytics development, information sharing, data transformation and dataflow, malware analysis, and knowledge management.
Duties of the ISSE include Responsible for maintaining and enforcing all Information Security policies, standards, and guidelines; Manages the full spectrum of Information Security processes for the program, as outlined in DCID 6/3, NISCAP, and NSAM 130-1
Minimum knowledge, skills, abilities needed.
Twelve (12) years of information assurance experience, including evaluating, testing, certifying and accrediting of classified and sensitive but unclassified information systems as well as Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) and Government Off The Shelf (GOTS) products;
Experience with analysis and evaluation of both hardware and software in support of Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense, and other Federal Sector Government Agencies
At least one (1) year of direct experience with an intelligence community or signals intelligence activity
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or similar degree, or equivalent documented combination of training and experience (4 years). Additional education/experience substitutions: Two (2) years for an Associates; Six (6) years for a Masters; Nine (9) years for a PhD
Security Clearance: Must have active TS/SCI w/Poly Clearance.
